FASELY ACCUSED - SPENCER REID X Y/N (Chapter 6)

Tw: Stress, mention of murder, dead bodies, police, fbi, bau, panic attack

Note: I felt bad for the short chapter so I worked hard to make this chapter long

Spencer and Rossi looks at everything again. They even went back to the crime scene the body was at.

There is no blood anywhete in the room, even in the photo's.

"As the court asked. If you where to cut someones thorat from behind would you get as much blood on you like Y/N had." Rossi says standing behind Reid

"The victims back was facing the winodws, which is on the other side of the room." Reid points out.

"So the victim would of had time to defend himself before she could of gotten behind him, possible even had time to disarm her." Rossi adds on.

They both look at the room, in shock and amazed. "The lawyer was right... the body was pre-placed here... But by who? Why did the frame her?" Reid asks as the pair leave the house.

"The lawyer said she was forced... What if she worked out who the unsub is? You would do anything for family and Friends? even take the blame for a murder?" Rossi asks Reid, he nods.

Rossi knows that Reid would do anything to keep his mum out of harms way, he would do the same if he had any siblings.

"Famliy and Friends have ways of forcing some loved ones to for what they say, it mostly happens if a secret is being kept." Reid says as he tries to find the text on where you sent his parents adress.

"We need to check on her parents. Something isnt adding up." Reid said ad the both of them got in the van and went to the adress. Once at the house they knew something was wrong as it is awefully to quiet.

The pair of them grab their guns. Despite having no bullproof vests they both carefully and quietly go into the house.

The pair go into and of each room on the first floor. They soon go up to the second floor and do the same. However there is two heavily decomposed bodies in Y/N old bedroom.

"Its her parents." Reid says to Rossi. "I'll call in and report two new bodies..." Rossi says pulling out his phone.

"Y/N wouldnt murder her own parents. Despite how much trouble they caused her... Ross, we need to question her." Reid Tells Rossi, Rossi nods agreeing.

Soon the place is floaded eith officers and fbi aengts. Mostly the ones from their own team.

"Reid is right. Y/N eouldnt wish or kill her own psrents. The unsubs must be close to y/n." JJ says after pictures are taken of the bodies.

"Reid and Ross contact the prisnor and tell them you need to talk to Y/N and her lawyer. JJ, Morgan go interview next next on the left while myelse and Emiky eill interview the ones on the right and across the road." Hotch gives everyone there assinments.

~ Skip to Prison ~

Y/N is brought into the small room. Her lawyer is there with Spencer and David. She relaxs alot apone seeing the two.

Y/N is soon sitting down. "Y/N we have some bad news." David starts. You know its about your parents so you cut him off.

"You found the parents didnt you?" You ask them.

"Your parents, in your room at their house." Spencer tells you.

"What about the other parents?" You ask, they look at you confused. "Other parents? How many more and who?" David asks you.

"My parents. My cousins parents and my best friend parents. My siblings, Adam and cousin and best friend, Lina Yoon. They are unsubs!" You tell them.

"We need the whole story." Spencer tells you, sounding extfemely calm.

"I walked in on their parents bodies, injuries that fit the profile. They even admited it all to me and forced me to take the blame for everything. If i didnt they..." You stop.

"They what?" David asks you.

"They would hurt you all. They would make you all their next victims." You tell them with your voice cracking. They look at you shocked. You couldnt say because you wanted to keep everyone safe.

"I have proof because my phone records every conversation. I left the voice recorder playing that day because I forgot about it." You add on, your breathing becoming more and more faster. Your vision is becoming blurry as you remember that they will as well find you and kill you for even telling them.

"Its okay Y/N, we will keep you safe." Spencer tries to reassure you. He even holds both of your cold hands in his warm hands.

After a while you had started to break from the panic. "Sloely take in deep breathes and slowly let them out." Spencer softly tells you. You nod, listening to what he had said. Your lawyer even rubs your back.

"Y/N. Where is your phone? It could save you."

David asks you. "I put it in my desk at the bau. But its problly been cleaned out." You telk them, David does nod at your desk being cleaned out then he sees Reid is looking at him.

"It was cleaned out and everything you own was put in boxes and sent to your brothers house." Spencer tells David. David holfs his face in his hands.

"Do you have a seartch warnent and arrest warrent?" Spencer then asks him. David nods, reliesing they can arrest your brother and find your phone possibly somewhere in his apartment. You tell them the address and they leave.
